This class uses gentle, mindful movement and play to explore and expand your sense of self. Enter the week feeling grounded physically and emotionally, ready to encounter others with ease and confidence.
Each session will consist of a classic Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) lesson that serves as an introduction to the Feldenkrais Method®, including a short explanation of the principles involved. These inwardly-focused lessons will be combined with short, simple acting games that help you playfully bring this new sense of self into personal and working relationships.
